Disappointed in “Sephora Stands”

I was so excited to find and share Sephora’s YouTube channel “Sephora Stands,” as well as Sephora’s “Classes for Confidence.” Unfortunately I was even more saddened to find how out of date Sephora’s YouTube channel “Sephora Stands” is. 2+ years without a new video?! The innovations, creators, makeup brands, etc., warrant recognize and to be utilized, especially in queer spaces.
I’ve called all regional Sephora stores and contacted customer service, and no one, not a single person or store was able to direct me to a trans woman welcoming workshop/class/makeover. I was told 3 years ago that Sephora offered free, private services for transwomen before store hours to ensure safety and privacy. I’m concerned this “Sephora Stands” venture was a ploy. Does Sephora actually stand by the trans community? Please tell me my experience doesn’t speak to the company as a whole and please direct me to trans friendly classes/makeovers where privacy and safety are considered.
