Disappointed AGAIN!

Once again I got the wrong samples! Why in the world would you send me a “beard lube” sample? I am a woman, AND I DON’T HAVE A BEARD! This is getting ridiculous! Why do you have US pick our samples, when it’s REALLY YOU picking them for us?? I’m so tired of this! And I see I am not alone!

Once again you have disappointed me! You personally sent me a PM on August 22nd saying you’ll send me a few deluxe samples for my troubles and then you DON’T! What kind of PR is that? All I can say is WOW!
