Diorshow primer broken sample

Used my points for a deluxe sample of the Diorshow primer and the sample was broken - when you open the product, the wand pulls out but the brush is stuck inside. I’ve heard of this happening to other people, so must be a manufacturing issue. Anyone else experience this? 100 points is $100 spent at the store, so I feel like I should be entitled to a replacement sample or at least get the points back.....
