Dior hilighter broken upon arrival

I bought the Dior hilighter palette for my mom’s birthday online only to find out when I opened the package that it came broken. Considering that it was 75$ I I was expecting it to arrive without any damage so I was very disappointed since I am a very loyal Sephora client and never had problems with online purchases.

Does anyone know how and where to get a replacement or a refund?
