I have a Beauty Insider card from purchases in a Sephora store.  How do I transfer my points to my digital card in the Sephora app?  Thank you!

If you already have a physical Beauty Insider card from in-store purchases, the points are actually linked to your Beauty Insider account rather than the physical card itself, so there usually isn’t a separate transfer to a digital card. Try signing into the Sephora app using the same email or phone number that was used when the card was issued in the store. Once you log in, go to the Beauty Insider section and your digital card with the barcode should appear there. When you use that barcode at checkout, your points will automatically be connected to the same account. If the points from your store purchases don’t appear, it might mean the physical card is connected to a different account. In that case, Sephora support can usually help locate or merge the account if you provide the card number or purchase details. I’ve had a similar situation with digital membership card  before, and usually once everything is connected to the same account the points and rewards show up automatically in the app.

I would also like to know how this works. I have a physical beauty insider card but I had to create a new Sephora account online because I could not remember my password and was blocked from resetting it. I would love to use my points online but do not know how to access them!
