Didn't receive samples in order - why?

Hi, Curious why I didn't receive the samples I selected in my recent order. I was looking forward to them as I wanted to try those specific products prior to purchasing. Cannot deny I was disappointed by their absence. Even if they were out of stock, I would have been interested in receiving any of the other samples to try as many were products I am interested in.
