Didnโ€™t receive order confirmation

I just placed an order and went to look for the confirmation email but I never received it. I ordered through my (VIB) account and the order does show up in my app, just no email. Could it be because the item I ordered had low stock and it canโ€™t actually be fulfilled?

@es0897 As long as it is showing in your account you should be fine. Sometimes the order confirmation emails can be delayed.
