Didn’t receive my free sample

I ordered some stuff a week ago and had selected 2 perfume samples cuz I wanted to buy them in future. But unfortunately I haven’t received them. I really wanted to try the samples first since I want the perfume.

Is it normal to not receive samples if so I’d say just take the option out cuz why give false hopes and leave people disappointed.
