Didn’t receive free samples

Hello,

I received my order today but none of my free samples were included. Is there something that can be done?

I didn’t either. Neither did my mom who I shipped an order to. It seems to be a regular occurrence, especially during VIB 20% off. I’d be lucky if I got a substitute sample but didn’t even get that.  I’d say 25% of the time is correct. Why even offer choices if we never get them?  Shoppers Drug Mart has no issues fulfilling theirs.
