Didn’t receive free samples

I just got my order but I didn’t get any of the free samples. I was looking forward to testing them before I got the full size product to know if I liked them.

This happens to me often. For example, today, my order was missing a sample. I understand sometimes they run out, but it would be nice to get another in its place.

I received my package yesterday and I also didn’t get any free samples. I ordered tarte Mini SEA Hydroflex™ Serum Foundation-14N fair-light neutral, and the samples I selected were Sol De Janeiro Brazilian Bum Bum Cream, Burberry Her Elixir. That was the only reason I decided to order online because with every order you receive 2 free samples but I was disappointed when I opened the package and just seen the Tarte foundation and no samples.

I also received my order yesterday and I didn’t get any samples, even the samples that I asked for…

In addition , I have got a birthday gift from Sephora, a Glow recipe kit and one of the products almost empty…

I just received my order today 2/23/23, expecting to receive my 2 free samples that I picked out. Opened the box, and only the items that I purchased were inside. I was excited to see my samples as they were products that I wanted to try out first before buying the full size.
