Didn't receive free samples

Hey! 

My order #******* from the Rouge 20% promo arrived today with everything I ordered, but no samples. I selected 3, and none of them were included. I’ve been buying a lot of stuff because of the promo and I was willing to try some of them because I was interested to buy it. So, now... Will I be receiving those at a later date? Or at all?

Same here. I received my order last week and no samples. I really look forward to trying new products and I get a little ticked off when I receive either fewer, or no, samples. It's happened several times. Don't promise them if you're not going to send them.

Just received my package today, didn't receive my three free samples either! Very disappointed, because to me, they're part of the value of the package. Similar to what someone else stated, I have only ever had this problem with Sephora, never at Ulta.

Yes they contact me but in the end I didn’t get my samples

Agreed. Same thing happening to me. Don’t advertise samples if you don’t give them. Ulta and Beauty Brands don’t seem to have the same issues this holiday season.

What's up with this? I just received my package as well with no samples. A heads up saying something short an sweet letting us know that samples aren't available at the moment would be nice.

I didn't receive my samples either... Got my package today and was so disappointed cause I was so excited to get the samples and try them...

My last 2 online sephora orders, I have not received my 3 free samples. Is there something wrong with my account? Or am I just outta luck and I don't get them?

I just received 2 orders, and neither of them had any of the samples I had requested in them. what is up with this?!  I have another order on its way, it probably wont have the samples I requested for it, either. So upsetting.

Same problem. Messaged them on Facebook. I they came back with a whole 75 points. I said thanks but no They agreed and they sent me one of the festival bags ((12 samples)). Speak out. Dont let them get away with this. If we do I think they will make sure are getting there samples!!!

Most likely not at all. Look under the inside flaps of box too, sometimes they slip under there. Don’t count on getting the samples you really wanted either. Sadly.
