Didn't receive VIB Card after qualifying for it, need clarification

Hello there,

 

On Feb. 9, 2018 I made a purchase at one of the Sephora stores. I recently checked my online account, and it says that I earned enough points to qualify for a VIB membership. I was not informed that I had become a VIB member by the cashier. I did a bit of research, and it appears that new VIB's receive a VIB card, a coupon, welcome kit, etc. I did not receive my VIB card, coupon. welcome kit, etc., or was given any other information regarding what happens when you qualify for it. If you could please help me understand and clarify the perks associated with this tier of membership, what I can expect from becoming a new VIB member, and how I can go about getting these perks (do I go in store to get it, do I wait for information about it through an email or a letter in the mail), I would greatly appreciate it.
