Didn't get my free sample?

I ordered $50 worth of products last Sunday, and used a code for a set of fragrance samples with the purchase. However, when my package arrived it contained only my original products. These samples are a large part of the reason I made the purchase at Sephora, so I'm pretty disappointed that they did not ship with my purchase.
