Didn't get any free samples

I think it's a bit ridiculous that free samples are advertised, offered and then not shipped with orders. I ordered a gift and had it shipped to my grandmother and she was so excited to pick samples, but neither one of the samples she picked was included. It's even more insulting since you used to be able to get 3 free samples and now can only pick 2. Disappointing, especially as a Rouge member.
