Didn’t get a refund confirmation

Hi! I have returned a product (Charlote Tilbury mini lip set) and the tracking shows Sephora received it on April 23. According to the website after receiving the product within 2-3 days Sephora is going to send me a confirmation email of the refund. It has been a week and I still didn’t get the confirmation email nor my refund. Please give me an update. Thanks!
