Didn’t get Free sample trial size

Has anyone had this issue ?I was very excited to receive my order yesterday one sample was wrong it was supposed to be a sample of concealer but instead it’s something I don’t even need or want to try and I didn’t receive the free gift trail of photo finish primer 😞
