Didn't Recieve VIB Rouge Welcome Gift

Hi, I qualified for VIB rouge through my online orders and the reward was a makeup brush this year. This was a part of my order but was not in my package. I placed another order after that and I still haven't received it. My points say that I have received my welcome kit but it was not sent to me. Anything I can do?
