Didn't Receive 3 Samples...

So I selected 3 free samples in my last order(which arrived today) but didn't get any of them shipped. I know it usually happens and can totally understand, but...just want to get a solution.

I'm sorry to hear that both of you received orders without the samples that you had selected. While samples may be substituted, they should not be missing from your orders and I apologize that this happened. I will be private messaging both of you shortly.
