Did not receive my samples

I just got my package in the mail and Sephora failed to send my samples, but they are still listed on my order. I was really looking forward to what I was going to be sampling to decide if I wanted to spend the money on a full size product. This is my first order with Sephora online. Is this a common occurrence or a fluke?
