Did not receive free samples

Hello,

I recently had an online order, and I chose 2 free samples with my order. However, I neither received these two samples or the substitutes in case they are run out. This case happened to me in the past too. I chose 2 sample products, but I received only one. Yet, I decided to ignore the mistake. However, this time I am pretty mad. In my order account, it was stated that I chose the 2 samples. But, my receipt that comes in the box does not show that I ordered the samples. This is not the first time I experience this.....

Dropping the ball big time on the samples lately. Had the same issue. I haven't received my free samples with two of my last three orders, and the other of those three orders I wasn't even able to choose any.

 

I know they're free and all, and last time I mentioned it to Sephora I was told "we don't guarantee them," but come on. I spend $350 a year here. The most recent one I picked something I was very interested in trying and might have purchased if I had received the sample to try.

Did not receive free samples

I just received my order and have not received any either, yet I did in my order received last week! So annoyed as I often end up buying the full size after trialing samples.
