Did not receive free samples...

I specifically ordered online so I could choose my free samples. My order came with one of the 3 free samples. Sephora heavily advertises free samples with online ordering so I feel like I should have gotten them. I could have ordered from ulta but I chose Sephora for the free samples. I have seen many posts on here from people with the same problem. Will Sephora do anything to fix this for me?

Me too, 6 free samples now that I have not received but they say “shipped”.

I’ve noticed this too. For the last month or so. Kind of bait and switch! I’ll switch to other sites if it continues!
