Did not receive a box

So I emailed Sephora almost a week ago now and haven't heard back from them yet. When  Icalled today call wait time is 17minues, well  Iam not waiting 17 minutes, sorry.

So I need some help. I have not received my box for the month of November at all, they surely took money for it but never sent me one. Anyone had problems like that?

same. check the tracking information on the shipment. Mine says delivered but nothing came here. Also, i was home during the supposed delivery. call or get in touch with sephora, hopefully they will help.
