Did not receive ANY samples with my order.

When unboxing a recent order I received today, I found that I did not get ANY samples with it. Upon searching around the forums, it seems like many people have had and continue to have this very issue with their online orders. You know, I can totally understand that the specific samples you asked for at checkout can't always be supplied, but to not receive any at all when they are specifically offered is a little... disappointing and frustrating. Especially when there are people who are looking forward to trying different things when they may not always have the money to purchase full sized products. Bottom line-- if you're unable to supply at least something with every order, it should not be advertised on your site. 😕
