Did not receive 25% off first purchase credit card code

I signed up for the Sephora credit card today to get the 25% first purchase promo code. I was approved and a temporary card was added to my account. However, I haven’t received the 25% off code to my email and it is not in my profile or under my credit card rewards either. Is there anything I can do to obtain this code? Or will it come with the physical card? Thanks for your help!
