Did not get the samples I wanted

I'm a bit frustrated because I did not get the two free samples I selected... I am trying to get on a better skin care regimen sans foundation, so the two samples I ordered were intentionally not foundation samples... and what did I get? Foundation samples that will never be used!!! Please help!
