Did not apply my promo code


i purchased a purfume for $60 and did not get the $15 off. I just noticed that I didn’t receive the discount but instead 15%. I also always receive a promo item but did not this time. Did my purchase not qualify? I can not return to the store anytime soon. How can I get this resolved?
