Did not Receive Receipts when I purchase in store

Hi, I purchased products in-store on Friday, 10/26/2018. I didn't have my card with me, but the guy told me she can look it up through the system. Then, I was asked as to how do I want to have my receipt, and I said through email. Its been three days later, but I didn't receive any email plus I don't see my purchase when I ckecked my account online.

Hi @Saritalin! If you were wanting the receipt to make a return, the store can locate the transaction with the credit card used to make the purchase (in the case that you do not have a receipt and it is not showing up on your account).  If you are wanting to have the points added to your Beauty Insider account, please let me know.
