Denied refund! Terrible service

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Sephora. Placed a substantial order of over $500, only to receive someone else's order – a mere cleaner serum! And a mask Not only is this incredibly frustrating, but it's also Sephora's mistake. Now they expect me to return the items and bear the inconvenience. Unacceptable!!!! And this was my first order with sephora online. I am so shocked like seriously??????? I shouldn’t have to bear the burden of returning the items that I didn’t even order in first place. It’s completely unfair i shared the picture of my order what i received and then again they wanna rectify a mistake that was entirely at their end. 
The customer support team answered saying that system has denied the refund or reship request because order was worth more than the amount their system can process refund for. 
i am frustrated and disappointed by the lack of assistance I received from the supervisor instead of addressing the issue promptly, i am being asked to print a return label and return the items through canada post, only wait for the team to decide on proceeding with refund that is completely unreasonable and seems like they’re just not concerned with anything else except the money. One of the customer service agents even said that you can to contact the carrier we can’t do anything with this they will have more options. This is not the level of service i expect from sephora. I’m never gonna order anything again.
