Denied Refund for a Return

I have been a loyal customer of sephoras for 10-15 years, with maybe less than 4 returns during this time.

I purchased quite a few items during the sale, one being the Saie Brow Gel (?) - I returned it as I found the color was off, and honestly I have way too many brow products.

Today I received an email stating that they DENIED my return as it seems “heavily used” and I won’t be getting my money back! I am in shock - I am disgusted by Sephora. This is not how you treat loyal customers and I am insulted by this whole ordeal.
