Deluxe sample cancelled

I just placed an order this afternoon and used a promo code for a deluxe sample as well. However, I was just notified that the deluxe sample was out of stock and removed from my order, even though the code is still working. Is there any way to cancel my order so I can modify it, or just include a different promo code sample instead? This is the second time this has happened and it’s getting frustrating.
