Hello! I placed an order with Sephora back in November 2023. The parcel was sent from China to Ukraine. On December 22, I received a message that the goods had already been delivered, but I did not receive it! For a month now I have been writing to the support, which is indicated, but there is no answer, neither money nor parcel! This is my first time ordering and I am extremely dissatisfied!!! @dklvsss We don't ship our orders internationally. If you ordered on one of our international sites, I recommend contacting them directly as we are only able to assist with orders placed with Sephora US or Canada.

@dklvsss I don't know where you placed your order. You would need to contact the site from which you ordered for further assistance or report it to your financial institution.

I will never recommend you to anyone, because you do not warn your customers that your website can be used by fraudsters!

I was supported by this site to post my problem here. The order was from Sephora. Today I started to enter the mail in the search and it shows me that this mail is used for Internet scams. You don't mention this anywhere and don't even know that your site is being used for your own benefit! I was left without the goods I ordered and without my own money, because no one warned me anywhere that this was even possible. This is the first time I have ever placed an order with Sephora and I will never do it again.
