Delivery

Is anyone else having issues in receiving their shipment on time?  Since Sephora stopped 2 day delivery, I never receive my order on time.  We are past “due to COVID” to use as an excuse.  The tracking shipment information is never accurate as the order ALWAYS get delivered AFTER the date provided.

 

I placed an order several last week with an ETA for today, 03/01.  And for the first time the order is to be delivered on time, however, it was not because “We missed you. We are taking your package to a local UPS Access Point™ next business day for customer pickup.”  

 

I called customer service and they told me to call delivery carrier and they will attempt to make a delivery again.  SINCE when does Sephora now require that someone be receive order and not be left at front door???  So now I need leave work early to pick order at location or wait at home all day to receive order.  Isn’t that the point of ordering online to avoid the drive to a location or be inconvenienced???

@linerbrush I'm sorry to hear about this experience. We do not require that someone be available to receive the package, however it is up to the driver's discretion.
