Delivery

Is anyone else having issues in receiving their shipment on time?  Since Sephora stopped 2 day delivery, I never receive my order on time.  We are past โ€œdue to COVIDโ€ to use as an excuse.  The tracking shipment information is never accurate as the order ALWAYS get delivered AFTER the date provided.

 

I placed an order several last week with an ETA for today, 03/01.  And for the first time the order is to be delivered on time, however, it was not because โ€œWe missed you. We are taking your package to a local UPS Access Pointโ„ข next business day for customer pickup.โ€  

 

I called customer service and they told me to call delivery carrier and they will attempt to make a delivery again.  SINCE when does Sephora now require that someone be receive order and not be left at front door???  So now I need leave work early to pick order at location or wait at home all day to receive order.  Isnโ€™t that the point of ordering online to avoid the drive to a location or be inconvenienced???

@linerbrush I'm sorry to hear about this experience. We do not require that someone be available to receive the package, however it is up to the driver's discretion.
