Hello , 

I bought products on Sephora on December 3rd 

I haven’t received my order yet unless it shows that it was delivered on 8th December to someone called ,, agent” for final delivery . 

I don’t understand the issue and why I didn’t receive my order for so long . It also offers me a pick up point . I don’t want to pick up it I want my order to be delivered to my address.
