Delivery to wrong address

I have received the notification that my package was delivered but the photo shows a completely different house and the address is not mine either. I don't know where they got the address from but on my confirmation emails and my Sephora account I found the right address. I have talked to a representative and for one part of my order (that shipped separately)  Sephora gave me a refund for the other part of my order they are refusing to do the same because of the proof of delivery. 

How can that be a proof if the delivery picture is only proving that the package was sent to the wrong address? I'm really frustrated because that is not my fault and as a customer I should not pay for products that I didn't receive

@Linamh I am sorry to hear that! It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. Please send me a private message with your order number. You can adjust your account settings (the gear icon) to enable private messages on a desktop or mobile web browser, not the app.
