Delivery status - Exception

Hi,

 

This is my first time ordering from Sephora online, and my package was supposed to arrive today, but the tracking shows an "exception" status. I read online that this usually means there’s an issue with the address, but I double-checked and the address is correct. I’m concerned because the product was limited edition and is now out of stock, so I really want to make sure I get it.

I don't know where your from or how your package is being delivered, but I'd recommend reaching out to the post office ( or whichever carrier is delivering ) and check with them. @klaudyk
