Delivery address.

Per usual, Sephora phone support has failed me again. I called to update my address at the beginning of the month and verified with the rep that my PlayBox would be delivered to my new address. He assured me he had corrected my address and the shipping address for my Dec play box. Guess what! It can’t be delivered because it went to my old address after all. I’m so upset.
