Delivery Times Are To LONG for Rouge Members

I placed my order on 11/15. This is my updated info.  I am a ROUGE member...  Why so long?    Delivery Delay Due to high volume, orders placed since November 19th might experience up to 5 business days delay. 2 Day, 1 Day and Flash shipping will not be affected.

I am having the same issue. 5 orders I placed this month are pending. I called rouge hotline, posted in customer service group (still no response after 11 hours)and tried to contact the company on fb. I'm going to email them and complain again.. I encourage you all to do the same. us rouges are losing the few benefits that make it worth spending thousands of dollars at one store. every offer or gift I receive is always for VIB and rouge, the rouge only gift last year was pretty lame, the hotline is even more useless, last time I called for info on a product the professional beauty advisor told me to Google it..the free samples are always missing or wrong and now I can't even get my orders processed within a week.i was tying to spend a certain amount on my cc but now it's pending which messes everything up. the flash/free shipping is the only actual perk so without that I may as well be shopping at ulta. on sephoras FB page every comment is similar.. so maybe if we all pushed for a change we could make it happen

The delay is affecting the time between your order changing from 'pending' to 'shipping', not the actual shipping times. So regardless what rank or shipping you paid for, it can still be delayed by a week before it ever even gets processed. That's what they mean.

The same thing is happening to me, i placed an order on the 15th and my eta is also the 28th. Even if orders are being delayed it shouldn’t affect the actual transit time, especially since they said our orders wouldn’t.
