Delivery Not Received

Hi there,

 

I placed an online order with an order date on 3rd August and the tracking says it was deliver 6th August to the concierge. I have checked my mail box everyday this week and even asked the concierge if there was any delivery but nothing was received.

 

Can anyone please advise as to how I can further address this matter.
