Delivery Issue - not sure what to do

Hi everyone.  I've shopped with Sephora for a very long time...and in fact I get orders left here all the time.  I just placed two orders a few days apart, and both shipped, but only one delivered so far.  So I just checked my very last order that I placed, and the tracking shows that it has shipped AND has been delivered.  I've looked under pillows on my porch chairs, on the side of the house (it's never left there, but was thinking maybe it was a new driver?) and it's not here.  I've asked my neighbors and each of them have said they didn't get anything delivered to them that was mine. 😞 I am not sure what to do.  Is there a way to see what address exactly it was left at?  I have never had an issue....but I'm a little worried. Am I just out of luck? Or any way to see where it might be? The perfume was delivered earlier in the day than my usual deliveries arrive.  Thanks in advance.

Hi  Laurie thanks for getting back to me so quick. I know you're probably pretty busy.  I appreciate the note and suggestion. I'm thinking I'm pretty much just out of luck at this point? 😞  I'll have to check into this and do some calling to see what can be done. I've been a vib for a looooong time. You are so sweet, Laurie.  I don't want you guys to have to do that. 😞  I feel bad.  It's not your fault at all.   I called but they just say it was left on the porch.   I tried to reply to you in the message you sent to me privately but it won't let me. I'm not sure why.
