Delivered to wrong address

Sephora has delivered the package to the wrong address. The coordinates sure match my address but the photo does not match my front at all. The photo and my front door look complete different but they still have denied my refund and say it has been shipped correctly. What do I do? I have contacted their support multiple times to no help. This is horrible customer service and I spent over 500 dollars on my order. I have also showed them proof that it is not my front door but they have denied every time. I am super upset at this. Please help.  #refund
