Delayed order

I purchased an order online on Sept 21, 2021. It was originally expected to be delivered in 2 days and after the expected date passed the status is always stuck at “on it’s way” and no expected delivery date anymore. I’ve waited 9 days now and still no update. I ordered two other things within the last week and those have already been delivered so there couldn’t be a delay on all orders.
