Delayed Shipping

Hi,

I placed an order on 11/5 morning and got a shipping notification email the same day. However, the estimated delivery date had not been updated until this morning. And it is scheduled to be delivered on 11/9.

I paid for the 2 day shipping and I am also a Rouge. I understand that the shipping might be delayed during the sale period. However, I did not experienced that for all the orders during the sale. So I was expecting to get this order today (11/7) and  I could use it for an important event tomorrow. I'm really disappointed.
