Delayed Ordering

Why would it take five days for my order to finally go through it says shipped but no tracking yet now that it has taken so long I'm sure that the samples have changed it's bad enough I didn't get my samples in my last order but hopefully they I will get my samples even if they aren't the ones I chose but also my promo code is also has changed why is this happening with the delay it never used to be like this
