Delayed Order

Hi!  So, I’m getting a little worried about an order I placed on November 20th. The order seemed to be processing as normal, it shipped the 22nd but as of the 27th it hasn’t moved.  I did pay for flash 2- day shipping as well.  It’s worrisome to see no movement in 5 business days, I just want to make sure the package hasn’t gotten lost.

Hi, I've had the same problem. order shipped Nov 22nd and has been stuck in Tennessee since Nov 27th. I emailed sephora and received an automated email response. I emailed again, and waiting for a response. At this point I think the package is lost
