Delayed Delivery

Hi! I ordered a package on the 4th of January and some of it arrived but majority of it hasn’t and it says it’s had a shipping delay but it’s been almost a month

Same problem and my package was damaged and missing items. Sephora basically says they can’t help. Everyone be careful
