Delay

I place an order on 11/10. My order is still saying pending and now I see there may be a 7 day shipping delay.. What gives??? I’ve noticed that this has been a problem with Sephora since June. I would have gone to the store but the product is only online..

I’m sorry for the delay. Due to the high volume of orders during our Holiday Bonus Promotion, we are currently experiencing up to 7 business days delays on all of our orders. At this time we do not have an exact ETA, and once your order ships, you will be notified via email.
