December Play by Sephora Box Disparity

Why is there such a disparity between the December Play Boxes? 

Apparently, the box I'm getting contains 3 eye makeup products.  It contains no lip product and there were 4 lip options available this month.

I don't see how a black eyeliner, mascara and nuetral eyeshadow duo are unique to my profile. Other Play members are receiving much better variants. 

It doesn't seem fair that there is such a difference in the selection of products. I feel like I'm getting a box of leftovers.  Why include 3 eye makeup products?  What specific profile criteria does that meet?   These boxes are not returnable and yet other subscribers are getting much better selections for the same subscription price.

Totally agree. I basically got the same stuff as last month and was really looking forward to a lip product. 😞
