December 2020

Has anyone who's ordered something online this month recieved their package yet? I ordered on December 9th, it shipped December 14th, and I was supposed to receive it on the 18th. It didn't arrive and the delivery date then changed to today, the 21st, but my mailman has already delivered for today and I didn't receive it. The status says shipped but I don't have any confirmation via the tracking number that USPS has it. Anyone else having this issue?

I ordered on NOVEMBER 27. It was supposed to be delivered by December 7. Ive been checking the tracking order everyday and to this day I still haven't received anything. The tracking order hasn't been updated for over 3 weeks. It’s JANUARY 1st, 2021!!! Literally The next year! At this point I just want a refund since I wasn’t able to  gift the products in time for the holidays. Along with hassle of having to look for other gifts and lost time.

I have the same issue right now. I ordered on the 10/11th and it’s still saying it’s on its way...but it appears stuck in Maryland, which isn’t anywhere near the state I live in. It was originally suppose to arrive by the 18th and now it says the 24th...I doubt I’ll get it in time to gift it for the holidays!

Same situation! This is ridiculous for a company like sephora!im not going to order something from them again since i can order from ulta and i get my order 3-4 days maximum! im done with all that! i ordered december 9th and the delivery date changed 3 times already! still haven’t received my package and i need it before christmas! 

im so disappointed!

I am in the same situation. Sephora has completely dropped the ball this holiday season. I will not be ordering from them again. This is unacceptable for such a large company. It isn’t USPS. Sephora is supposedly printing the labels but they aren’t actually shipping anything. Now I will be scrambling to find new gifts when I can’t even go out in shop in a pandemic. The company really needs to address this and make it right for their customers.

Nope. Inquiring to CS basically gets you a copy and paste answer of “watch the tracking” and you can return your items if they are not in time. Not happy. Not impressed.

Completely agree. I would understand if USPS already had my package, because as someone who mails out frequently for my small business, I know they get backed up from time to time, especially right now. But USPS doesn't even have my package so I genuinely have no clue who has it if my order has supposedly shipped out. I hope you're able to get something worked out for your order, very sorry to hear about the customer service you received.
