Debit card was charged but no order was placed

I placed 2 orders on Dec 9 (it is Dec 14 now). I received one of the orders but I haven’t received the confirmation email or any information about the other order. My card was charged that day, but I didn’t receive a confirmation email and it doesn’t show on my recent orders either.
