Debit card refund

I cancelled my pick-up order payed with debit card. I was wondering if it's processing or not as it's already 5 business days I've cancelled it. My order number is  .

I have the same issues and  the think is sephora themselft didn't have the iteam in stock and keep telling me is my bank and I know is them just look at all those complain I wonder why I never her of such issues from this store.
